LCCAA Board Elects New Officers

posted 12/19/23 -- LCCAA’s Board of Directors elected officers for the next two years at its annual meeting Dec. 13.

Gerald Pippens was appointed to his third five-year term on the board and reelected to serve as chair for the next two years.

Vasyl Rabosyuk will serve as Vice Chair for two years. He has served on the board since July 2021.

Barbara Burrill was elected Treasurer. She has served as interim treasurer since the resignation of Joe Falbo earlier this year. The Sheffield Township trustee was appointed to the board in August 2022. As treasurer, she also serves as chair of the finance committee.

Eddie Henson will serve as secretary. He has been on the board since July 2020.

LCCAA’s 15-member board is composed from three different sectors, as required by federal law. An equal number of members come from the Public Sector (usually elected officials or their designees), the Private Sector (usually business people), and the Low-Income Sector (low-income residents or those who serve them).
