Early Head Start
Early Head Start is a comprehensive program for income eligible pregnant mothers and/or infants and toddlers through age three. Center Based and Home Based options are available.
In 1995, the Early Head Start program was established to serve children from birth to three years of age in recognition of the growing evidence that the earliest years matter a great deal to children's growth and development. The Head Start program offers a wide variety of services to children of low income families across Lorain County.
