LCCAA Head Start is committed to staying in touch with families and maintaining preparations for kindergarten during the COVID-19 crisis.
At this age, so much development and learning is through their environment and exposure to hands-on play materials. The most important way to support your child's learning and development at this age is to read daily and talk throughout your child's daily routines (ex. meals, diapering, play,etc.). This will expose them to a wealth of language and new vocabulary.
