Cascade Parents Get Couponing Tips

posted 4/25/19 -- Head Start parents got couponing tips straight from an expert in a recent parent meeting at the Cascade Head Start Center in Elyria.

Rachel Krych, “The Coupon Queen,” shared her sources and ideas for finding coupons and keeping them organized.

“I learned about all the ways to get coupons,” said Tonetta. “It was also helpful to see how Rachel organized her coupons.”

Amber made particular note of the fact that CVS offers $10 in coupons every time she spends $30 on diapers.

"Our parents - like all parents of young children - need to make every penny count," said Family and Community Services Supervisor Maria Vasquez. "Rachel had a ton of practical tips that could really make a difference to tight budgets."

Krych writes The Coupon Queen column every Tuesday in both the Elyria Chronicle Telegram and the Medina Gazette. She also regularly appears on the LeeAnn and Wazz show on WGAR as well as local television stations.

Krych shares her money saving tips and coupon finds on her website: couponingwithrachel.com and on her Facebook page.
