Buckeye Drives Off in New Car

posted 9/5/24 -- The Ohio State University campus is buzzing with new students and one is driving a new-to-her Nissan Sentra.

Uniah Pamplin completed the By Car program through OhioMeansJobs Lorain County and the LCCAA in time to take her 2017 vehicle to school.

LCCAA supports OMJ clients by providing financial training, managing matching funds and offering one-on-one purchasing guidance. OMJ will match participants savings at a rate of $3 for every $1 saved. Only clients fully engaged with an OMJ case manager qualify for help.
