Youth Workers Assigned at Admin Office

posted 7/14/21 -- Two Youth Services workers are learning the intricacies of office work helping out at LCCAA’s Administrative Offices.

Rafael Correa and Nia Noble started working with LCCAA staff July 12. Rafael, who earned his associate’s degree in accounting while completing the early college program through Lorain High School, is assisting in the finance department. Nia is assisting with general administrative support.

The assignments diversify the work experience offered by the Youth Services program which also includes the LCCAA Bike Shop on West 10th Street.

“Our youth have a variety of interests so these assignments will give them a chance to learn different things and begin to network toward a future career,” said Client Services Specialist Amy Steele.
