LCCAA’s Pathways HUB is looking for community members to serve on the LCPHUB Community Advisory Council.
The council will be composed of residents who represent a broad spectrum of Lorain County residents and who can offer guidance and advice in identifying and addressing the issues HUB clients face.
The LCPHUB is a free program for pregnant women and new mothers in Lorain County designed to improve health outcomes for mothers and children and lower the infant mortality rate in the county.
The advisory council will use data to help with the HUB’s strategic direction.
“Everything at the HUB is data driven,” said LCPHUB Director Melissa Carroll. “So we can show ways we are making a difference and where we need additional resources. There are definitely ZIP codes in our county that need more focus.”
Community members interested in serving on the advisory council should contact Carroll at [email protected].
LCPHUB is funded by the Ohio Commission on Minority Health.
