Learn How to Find Services that Really Work on ViewPoint!

posted 2/11/14 -- LCCAA announced the launch of its new online referral system ViewPoint.  The new website gives community members the opportunity to share their experiences and advice about programs and services throughout Lorain County.

Members can share their point of view in the form of reviews, comments and tips on the most beneficial programs and services. The website is made possible through a partnership with United Way of Greater Lorain County's and it s 211 initiative.

Anyone can become a member of Viewpoint at no cost.  Agency and program administrators will also be able to sign in and become members, in addition to accessing feedback and commentary on the services they provide.

Viewpoint members who provide the most feedback on programs and services will be placed on the ViewPoint Leaderboard.  Leaders will be eligible to receive a gift for providing their feedback and rating contributions to the website.

A free training on the new Viewpoint website is scheduled for February 27, 2014 at the Elyria Public Library's (1194 West River Rd.) Miller room beginning at 2:30 p.m.  To register for the event click here.
